I was recommended yoga for my Fibro (just found out last year it was the cause of my lifelong pain). But I found out my husband and I were having a kid, so I couldn’t take meds. I just had the baby and I’m going to try this. The Fibro is so bad during my c-section doctors were asking me how many crunches I do because my muscle was way tighter than expected and they were having a hard time. I told them my works athletic coach (factory) tried the graston technique (rubbing a metal bar) on my arms and told me my muscles were so tight they’re collecting scar tissue. So unfortunately, not the tightness anyone is hoping for.

Thank you for sharing this. I've just done lazy glutes, where you did shoe lace. I struggle so much in this even sitting on a pillow so I may try your half shoe lace option next time. I have inflexible hips and tight groins due to FAI. I've saved this one for my next practice. Thank you 😊
